Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote healing. By stimulating these points, acupuncture influences the nervous system, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, relaxes muscle tension, enhances range of motion, and encourages the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. These physiological changes help calm the stress response, support faster recovery, and improve overall well-being. Patients often experience greater resilience to stress, a more balanced mood, and quicker recovery from physical strain.

Electro-acupuncture
Electroacupuncture is a form of acupuncture that uses gentle electrical stimulation through the needles to enhance therapeutic effects. This technique helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, relax tight muscles, and modulate nerve activity. Electroacupuncture is especially effective for chronic pain, muscle tension, and neuropathy.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is a traditional technique that uses gentle suction to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. Stationary and moving cups help relax the body, improve mobility, and support overall recovery. It may also promote relaxation and pain relief by encouraging the release of endorphins and improving blood flow to sore or injured muscles.

Manual therapy
Manual therapy is a hands-on technique used as a supplement to acupuncture to enhance treatment results. By releasing muscle tension, improving circulation, and restoring mobility in the soft tissues, manual therapy helps reduce pain and support proper alignment. When combined with acupuncture, it deepens relaxation, speeds recovery, and promotes more balanced, long-lasting healing.
Gua sha
Gua Sha uses specialized tools to gently scrape the skin, promoting circulation and releasing muscle tension. This technique stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, reduces inflammation, and relieves chronic pain or stiffness. By breaking up muscular adhesions and increasing blood flow, gua sha helps decrease inflammation, speed recovery, and restore mobility.

Herbal medicine
Herbal medicine uses carefully selected blends of natural herbs to nourish the body, restore balance, and promote natural healing. Each formula is customized to the individual, addressing a wide range of concerns and supporting treatment at the root cause of the issue.
